At NICE RICE Chengdu Joy City, red columns, timber surfaces and illuminated displays establish a clearly defined spatial rhythm. Seen first from the mall corridor, timber-framed glazing and interior lighting create an open and recognizable entrance.

As visitors move deeper into the store, lighting brings layered contrast to red surfaces and timber backgrounds. Repeated columns, luminaires and display cabinets connect the separate retail settings into one coherent, rhythmic sequence.
